We value your business and want you to love your new furniture. However, due to the nature of our products and logistics, all sales are final. Please double-check measurements, colors, and styles before purchasing. Our team is happy to answer any questions before you buy!

FLOOR MODEL PURCHASES

If a customer purchases a floor model piece here at Moda Home Furniture, it is recommended to fully inspect the item prior to the purchase. Any issues found with the furniture that were not previously inspected is the customer's responsibility after the moment of purchase. We advise our customers to check out the floor model piece and make sure it is up to their standards before making the buying decision.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE 

 
We take pride in making sure all our furniture is inspected thoroughly prior to delivery. However, if you face any issues with damaged items from the manufacturer for a brand new purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and you will be compensated equitably as long as you have maintained the original packaging the item came in. We encourage all customers to inspect items and notify us if any damage is noticed.
