At Moda Home Furniture we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about the furniture you've chosen for your home! Unfortunately, our policy here is all sales are final, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds unless in the case of damaged merchandise. We are not responsible for any furniture not fitting on delivery.
FLOOR MODEL PURCHASES
If a customer purchases a floor model piece here at Moda Home Furniture, it is recommended to fully inspect the item prior to the purchase. Any issues found with the furniture that were not previously inspected is the customer's responsibility after the moment of purchase. We advise our customers to check out the floor model piece and make sure it is up to their standards before making the buying decision.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We take pride in making sure all our furniture is inspected thoroughly prior to delivery. However, if you face any issues with damaged items from the manufacturer for a brand new purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and you will be compensated equitably as long as you have maintained the original packaging the item came in. We encourage all customers to inspect items and notify us if any damage is noticed.
